IVSC includes the valuation principles accepted worldwide
As company registered in RICS, Taxo fulfills all the standards proposed by the International Valuation Standards Committee.
RICS recognises International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) as the organisation which determines the highest valuation principles accepted by the international community.
RICS favors the development of such universal standards and, not only accepts them completely, but also supports its adoption by others around the world.
Therefore, RICS members must reach and maintain defined levels in education and professional competence that satisfy or increase IVSC criteria published in the IVSC Competence Frame for Professional Valuers.
